a. Approve the June 16, 2008, City Council meeting minutes as printed.

b. Approve the Mayor’s recommendation of Scot Blease to the Recreation Commission for a term ending June 30, 2011.

c. Adopt the Northwest Ottawa Sustainability Coalition resolution.
