1. Continue developing and improving the communications plan (possibly Facebook/flashing sign at WFP). Encourage citizens to serve on boards/commissions. Secure citizen involvement, meet with citizens in a non-threatening environment to discuss concerns/ideas/suggestions for the City. Make citizens aware of City-owned waterfront lots.
2. Develop a 5 year budget plan, based on differing revenue scenarios, tighten our spending, and prioritizing budgeted items (replace port-a-jons, parking at CGP,NSR bike path, Sunnyside Park).
3. Ferrysburg School/City Hall project.
4. Complete the dog park project.
5. Institue youth involvement on boards and commissions, as well as implementing a Youth Council.
5. Evaluate information from DAB and educate residents about deer/human interactions.
7. Support alternative energy within the community; flex fuel equipment, wind power, and/or solar panels.
