1. Sell or lease old City Hall/land at new City Hall/new DPW garage/landscaping of CIty properties/Salt Barn completion/locations of City services.
2. Foster business development in the city. This might require more dedication from the Chamber of Commerce, tax abatement, and/or the development of a business advisory group.
2. Review budget and present the public with solid information regarding possible loss of services if cuts should be required. Review placing Headlee rollback/Vehicle Replacement millage/Non-Motorized Path Millage on ballot.
4. Continue to improve communic ation with city residents. This might include hosting a bi-monthly community forum or "breakfast with the Council"/website updates.
5. Student/Youth Advisory Board development.
6. Complete dog park development by installing a water fountain and painting the cement "bunker" that delineates the space. This might include sponsoring a mural painting contest for area elementary schools.
7. Discuss need of further cosmetic improvements at City Hall.
8. Implement suggestions of the Deer Advisory Board.
8. Finalize remote water meter replacement, hire temporary help to assist DPW so that a current DPW technician can be allocated to replacement.
