The City Council meets on the first and third Mondays each month, at 7:30 p.m.

The Beautification Commission meets on the second Monday each month at 6:30 p.m.

The Planning Commission meets on the first Thursday each month, at 7:00 p.m.

The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the second Thursday each month, at 7:00 p.m.

If any regular meeting is rescheduled or canceled, or if a special meeting is called, a notice of the meeting date and time will be posted at City Hall at least eighteen (18) hours prior to the meeting.

The Recreation Commission, the Kitchel-Lindquist Dunes Preserve Committee Board, and the Board of Review do not have regularly scheduled meetings. If a meeting is called, a notice of the meeting date and time will be posted at City Hall at least eighteen (18) hours prior to the meeting.

All City of Ferrysburg meetings are held at Ferrysburg City Hall, 408 Fifth Street, Ferrysburg, Michigan. City of Ferrysburg meetings are open to the public except when they are closed as provided in the Open Meetings Act.

The City of Ferrysburg will provide necessary and reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at a meeting, to individuals with disabilities upon receiving one week's advance notice.
